We are looking for a highly motivated Health and Social Care trainer assessor to work on a part time, permanent basis.

We are looking for candidates that have vast experience within the Health sector to help the college deliver outstanding teaching and learning on courses across a range of levels from level 2 to level 5.

The successful candidate will be required to carry out group delivery and workplace assessments, for apprentices working towards the Health and Social Care standards. This includes carrying out reviews and setting action plans for apprentices, including SMART Targets and the delivery of Functional skills. The role will also include IQA duties within an existing team and developing the College's offer in conjunction with employer partners and awarding bodies.

𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬
• To train and assess from level 2 to level 5
• To develop and deliver best practice in learning, teaching and assessment

𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐨𝐧 & 𝐪𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬
• Hold a recognised assessing qualification (or be willing to work towards during your employment)
• Hold a minimum degree level qualification in Health and Social Care or a related subject.
• Have previous assessing/training experience
