Apprenticeship Trainer/Skills Coach- APM/Leadership and Management
£32,000-£38,000 DOE

Pertemps Work Based Learning is currently working with a great national training provider. This is a fantastic opportunity for those with experience working within Apprenticeship delivery in Leadership and Project Management.

We are looking for an Apprenticeship Trainer/Skills Coach on a remote basis who will be delivering Level 4 Associate Project Management (APM) and also L7 to individuals completing their Senior Leadership course.

Key Duties and Responsibilities of the Apprenticeship Trainer Skills Coach- Associate Project Manager (APM) + Senior Leadership
  • Deliver engaging learning programs in order to support learners towards their Apprenticeship Qualification in APM and Senior Leadership L7
  • Use and develop a wide range of resources and techniques, tailored to learners’ individual needs.
  • Observe and review work produced by learners to ensure it is of the appropriate standard to reflect the learner's qualification and meet the needs of the qualification.
  • Provide insightful, constructive, and informative feedback to help the learner maximise their potential.
  • Proactively monitor, evaluate, and improve the quality and effectiveness of own workload and working practices to ensure deadlines and targets are met and that the learner has an outstanding experience.
  • Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress

Skills, Experience and Qualifications for Apprenticeship Trainer Skills Coach- Associate Project Manager (APM) + Senior Leadership
  • Hold a recognised Project Management Qualification such as APM or Prince 2 or equivalent or within Leadership and Management
  • Vocational experience within Project Management/ Leadership
  • Assessor’s Award (A1, TAQA, CAVA or equivalent)
  • Teaching Qualification is desirable, but not required (PTLLS, AET, PGCE or equivalent).
  • Experience in delivering training and coaching sessions to apprenticeship learners in Leadership and Management- Knowledge of Project Manager standards would be highly desirable.
  • Full UK Driving Licence, with access to own vehicle and the flexibility to travel.
