This is a new role and an exciting opportunity to work for a forward thinking and successful training provider, who are well established, financially stable and offer fantastic promotional prospects


Responsible for the effective growth, management and operational delivery of apprenticeships with employers in the public services sector, i.e Civil Service, Department for Education, HMRC, Justice, Local Authorities
The role is central to the operations of the business and will be instrumental in meeting the needs of learners and employers
Responsible for the design and delivery of cost effective apprenticeship provision which meets and exceeds employer expectations
Ensuring a pro-active approach to sustainability and growth to migrate risks and provide a high quality service
Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to effectively manage resources to maximise learner and performance targets


Management of a remote national team providing high quality apprenticeship training to employers and learners in the public services sector
Monitor and manage the performance of team leaders and training specialists including probationary and performance development plans
Ensure all apprentice programmes meets or exceeds the learners and employers expectation by providing a professional and quality service
Build strong relationships with employers
Manage operational performance and quality management within each employer which seeks to mitigate risks, maintain high quality service and ensure positive results
Manage resource requirements
Swift identification and rectification of service inadequacies
Manging the quality of supply chain delivery
Design and sustain superior delivery activity to provided high quality learner journey form commencement to completion
Facilitate growth within accounts via excellent customer service and harnessing opportunities
Work closely with internal stakeholders, develop service solution to satisfy, clear operational plans and schedules
Conduct and monitor monthly one to ones with all team members, monitoring and setting targets against contract performance, budgets and expectations
Recruit and retain staff


Experience of supporting apprenticeship delivery contracts with employers in the public Services sector
Experience of managing apprenticeship provision remotely over a large geographical area
Occupational expertise in public services or formerly garnered relationships in public services
Understanding of EFA funding
