Position: Employer Engagement Consultant
Location: Greenwich, London
Salary: £23,000 and OTE of £30,000

We are looking to build a team of Employer Engagement Consultants/Managers to work across the funded learning and education market. This big take away from this role is Opportunity and Progression.

You will be joining a name that has been in this market for near on 30 years. It’s seen ups and downs, varying levels of contracts come and go, and even operate on the international market. They are now looking to scale up once more and looking to built a new team of Engagement/BDM professionals.

They are delivering, and securing funded contracts right across the board of funded education and as such are a full service provider – this includes;

* Unemployed & PET learning
* Traineeships, and Kickstart
* Adult Skills and Employment Support
* Apprenticeships, and Digital Transformation

They want to build a core team in their Greenwich HQ and then expand out and build a national team. You will be one of the first in, and will have the opportunity of support, incentives, and career progression.

You’ll need to have already worked within funded education or skills support programmes, but we do not expect you to have worked across all of the above.
To give you an idea of the range of programmes, the unemployed learning covers areas of Warehouse, Logistics and Healthcare. Where as in contrast the Apprenticeships and Distance learning will focus on Digital Transformation.

At the start you will be heavily incentivised, but over time will be offered career and financial progression.

Give me a call.
