We are recruiting for a Regional Training Company with a national presence. Our client is looking for a well rounded, ambitious manager that will work with their current provision and drive growth and performance. Our client has a well established Beauty Training Centre delivering a number of programmes.
Role and Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will:
- Have overall responsibility for operational and Business Development elements of the Centre.
- The Beauty Centre Manager / Principal for the centre will manage the tutors and drive engagement with customers
- As the Beauty Centre Manager you will need to liaise with the financial officer, ensuring the budget is maintained
- As well as maintaining the high quality of delivery you will seek out and identify business development opportunities
- You will also contribute to SAR and QIP as required
- This is a really exciting opportunity for someone to take ownership, accountability and responsibility for the centre
Experience and Skills:
The ideal candidate will have:
- Operated in the beauty sector as a manager, IQA/Trainer or within a business development function
- Or you may have been a Centre Manager for funded or commercial training company
- You must be driven, be able to work autonomously and be able to engage in new business activities.
