Role and Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for-
-Maintaining a specialist level of knowledge of new developments in the functional skills curriculum
- With the ability to assess the 'speaking and listening assessment'
-Training staff to upskill them on any gaps in the delivery
- This will be a remote role and you will need some flexibility to undertake the role
- Ensure the benefits of functional skills are attained with a positive impact to learners
Experience and Skills:
The ideal Functional Skills IQA
-Must have previous experience in IQA
-You must have previous experience and knowledge of functional skills
- Hold a relevant teaching qualification
-Ability to work remotely and handle own caseload of portfolios
- Good communicator and good attention to detail
