They are currently looking for an Apprenticeship Employer Engagement consultant to join their team

Role and Responsibilities:
Your role as an Employer Engagement Consultant:
- Will be to engage with local business and referral agencies to support clients with progressions and work/work experience
- You will be calling employers and understanding what recruitment needs they may have and see if you could support with their recruitment
- You will also be doing a training needs analysis and see if any of the government initiatives would be of benefit to the employer
- Your success will be measured against how many employers and individuals you have supported

Experience and Skills:
The ideal Employer Engagement Consultant will:
- Have worked on an apprenticeship / DWP / ESF / AEB funded provision before and understand the clientele our client works with
- Need to have worked in an employer engagement role or a business development / sales role engaging with employers
- Ideally already have a track record of working with employer
