Job Title: Learner Engagement Manager
 
Location: West Midlands - Candidates must be flexible with travel

Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 Depending on skills and experience

Duties Include:

• Build and maintain relationships with referral partners such as the Job Centre, to promote and generate interest for our clients pre-employment programmes.
• Identify and recruit learners, support with enrolment and completion of initial assessments and IAG.
• Work towards KPI’s and targets based on learner numbers enrolled onto programme
• Carry out regular engagement activities to maintain existing and create new referral partner relationships.
• Manage a caseload of learners throughout their learner journey, acting as a mentor and offering advice and guidance as they prepare to move into employment.
• Ensure learners receive support and direction to appropriate support services.
• Planning cohorts to Tutor and Assessor timetable
• Work towards KPI’s and targets based on learner numbers enrolled onto each cohort.
• Ensure information systems are kept up to date, with clear and detailed records relating to each learner.
• Manage your own diary effectively.

Essential Criteria:

• Ideally hold or be working towards an IAG level 3 qualification
• Must have a good understanding of AEB or similar funding streams
• Have strong learner engagement experience, within the employability sector
• Experience in building / maintaining relationships with referral partners
• Good communication skills across a variety of methods: face to face, on-line and by phone.
• Proven experience of working towards KPI’s and targets.
• Excellent attention to detail, organisation and administrative skills.
• Demonstrate confidence, tenacity and ability to work on own initiative.
• Full, clean driving licence
