Training & Apprenticeship Co-ordinator - Birmingham - £20,000 depending on experience / 28 days holiday plus 8 days Bank Holidays. The Role: Training & Apprenticeship Co-ordinator

• Due to continued expansion, as a result of the interest in the apprenticeships offered by this niche market, training provider, the company will be looking to you to use your knowledge of the administrative processes required for onboarding / sign-ups of Apprenticeships or other education or other types of training programmes.
• You will be responsible for completions of a variety of forms for various funding for learners and apprentices.
• You will very involved in supporting the quality team by ensuring all your paperwork and processes are OFSTED ready.
• It will be your responsibility to make sure all systems and processes are accurate, up to date and comply with current legislation.

Essential Requirements: Training & Apprenticeship Co-ordinator

• You will either be working in or have recently been working for a Training Provider, College or some other type of education related organisation.
• You will have experience completing the paperwork for Apprentices and Learners in order to secure funding.
• You will have a knowledge of what happens in an OFSTED inspection and the importance of your role in ensuring administration is accurate and completed in its entirety.
• You will have exceptional attention to detail abilities and take pride in your work and getting things right first time, every time.
• You will possess a minimum of GCSE English or Functional Skills Level 2.
