The Role: Management & Leadership & Project Management Trainer

You will also have a strong project management background and be drawing upon your expertise to train learners in the new Associate Project Management level 4 qualification.
• You will be coaching your learners to help them achieve their qualification but also to take theory into real-life by drawing on your own experience as a manager of people and processes. This means you'll be giving the learners the benefit of your extensive management training experience.
• Your employers will be diverse and encompass many different sectors and disciplines. Some employers may be blue-chip, some may be SMEs but they will all be treated professionally and training delivered will be to the very highest standard.
• With flexible working you'll be based at home making your own appointments and managing your own workload but to ensure you feel part of the team, there will be regular Head Office visits too.
• A DBS check prior to commencement of role is required.

Essential Requirements: Management & Leadership & Project Management Trainer

• You will have been delivering Management and leadership training for a minimum of six months so you will be a competent, experienced trainer fully at home either addressing a classroom of managers or sitting with them on a one to one coaching session.
• You will possess formal training qualifications or assessing qualifications.
• Ideally, you will possess formal management qualifications - if not at level 5 you will be willing to work towards them.
• You will either possess a Project Management qualification, have studied Project Management as part of another qualification, or have experience managing projects. This experience will give you the knowledge you need to deliver the new Associate Project Management qualification.
• And because you'll be out and about, you'll need your own transport and driving license.

Desirables: Management & Leadership & Project Management Trainer

• If you've got knowledge of apprenticeships and how they are delivered, that would be fantastic.
• If you've studied for or delivered or assessed management level 5, that would be fantastic too.
