Leadership and Management level 5 Coach - Home based - covering SE London (Regional Role) - £30k - £35k (DOE & qualifications) 20 days holiday which increases with length of service / Expenses paid, working equipment provided, CPD, regular staff events + pension scheme.

The Role: Leadership and Management level 5 Coach

• We are on the hunt for a Leadership and Management Tutor / Assessor with a proven ability to deliver ILM / CMI apprenticeship standards up to and including Level 5 to the senior level managers of high profile clients. This role includes the opportunity to progress to take on a caseload of level 7 learners.
• You will be responsible for cohorts of senior-level learners and apprentices on CMI and ILM Level 5 Management programmes. This will include a mixture of blended learning including completing work-based assessments alongside classroom, online and 1-1 delivery.
• In this home based role you will manage your diary to ensure you support your learners through their course and the end point assessment process. You will be hands on in ensuring timely learner completions.
• A DBS check prior to commencement of role is required.

Essential Requirements: Leadership and Management level 5 Coach

• You will have a minimum CMI or ILM level 5 qualification and accompanying Assessor qualification (A1, TAQA, CAVA)
• Strong occupational competency within senior management roles
• Hold Drivers Licence & car and be willing to travel

Desirables: Leadership and Management level 5 Coach

• Background in retail management or HR would be beneficial.
• Hold a level 7 management qualification
