KM Recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf of a private Training Provider, who is looking to appoint an experienced individual to lead a team of Assessors across South/ South East of England.

The Role:

- Lead, motivate and performance manage a team of Assessors, within the Business Services sector.
- Ensure the timely and effective delivery of a range of Apprenticeship programmes, across various sectors, in-line with contractual targets and objectives.
- Working closely with the IQA team to ensure learners complete by planned completion dates.
- Responsible for monitoring and tracking learner progression.
- Staff recruitment, 1:1's, regular appraisals and performance reviews.
- Producing forecasts and reports relating to learner progression and upcoming learner achievements.
- Ensure compliance with ESFA and OFSTED requirements.
- Work closely with Quality teams to ensure quality learning delivery.
- Work with your team to build, manage and maximise business opportunities with external stakeholders, ensuring our clients brand is maximised at all times.

Essential Criteria:

- Proven experience in managing a team of Tutors/Assessors within the work-based learning sector
- Experience as a Qualified IQA for Management Level 5 Apprenticeships, is highly desirable.
- Excellent people and performance management.
- Proven track record of working towards and achieving contractual targets in line with company objectives.
- Experience of motivating and inspiring a diverse team.
- Up to date knowledge of Apprenticeship Levy, reforms and Traineeships.
- Full, clean, UK driving licence and use of a vehicle.
- Must be flexible with travel.
