Administration and Claims Manager - Birmingham - Up to £30,000 DOE / Career progression in an Ofsted Outstanding rated training provider.

The Role: Administration and Claims Manager

• We are looking for an experienced administrative professional with experience in working within claims management for a training provider. You must have worked within this type of role for at least a minimum of 12 months.
• You will be responsible for maintaining and overseeing that all learners and company records are up to date and to ensure this information is of a high standard and is accessible for external inspection and audits.
• You will be required to maintain effective communication with all stakeholders to ensure the efficient operation of this training providers programme. You will be required to oversee their SSW and ESF/AEB contracts
• You will have experience overseeing PICS systems and CLAIMS submissions to the government department,

Essential Requirements: Administration and Claims Manager

• Minimum of 12 months experience working in claims management, maintaining accurate learner files and managing all other aspects of administration for a training provider/college.
• Strong knowledge of the funding process
• Qualification in Business Administration

Desirables: Administration and Claims Manager

• Degree in Business Admin or equivalent
