Job Title: End Point Assessment Manager - Hospitality 

Location: South of England – Must be flexible with travel

Salary: £35,000

  • Line manage, motivate and support a team of End Point Assessors and oversee internal quality assurance and standardisation of end point assessment outcomes for Hospitality Apprenticeship qualifications. 
  • Oversee recruitment, induction and standardisation training 
  • Ensure the EPA and EQA standards are compliant with regulatory standards.
  • Work alongside the Compliance Manager, to guarantee that requests for information and sampling of learner work are readily available within a timely manner.
  • Monitor the reliability and consistency of End Point Assessment’s through internal quality assurance activity.
  • Work closely with the Sector/Standard Product Manager to support with the standardisation for End Point Assessors.
  • Manage conflicts of interest to ensure no conflicts of interest or possible conflicts of interest arise.
  • Carry out 1-1's and regular team meetings
  • Ensure assessment team are successfully delivering to operational service level agreements.
  • Ensure excellent quality is maintained throughout the company and that all KPI’s are met.
  • To fully adhere to all operational policies and procedures.
  • To complete reports based on EQA and EPA activity.

Essential Criteria:

  • Must have excellent working knowledge and strong understanding of End Point Assessment.
  • Excellent understanding of Quality Assurance and Apprenticeship Standards.
  • Knowledge of the processes and policies within awarding organisations.
  • Experience of managing and leading large teams within work-based learning.
  • Must hold own Functional Skills in English and Maths (or level 2 equivalents).
  • Proven experience of managing operational costs and KPI's. 
  • Full, clean driving licence and own vehicle.

Desirable Criteria:

  • Hold occupational competency and delivery experience within Hospitality (not essential).
