Are you a passionate, dedicated trainer with experience of delivering exceptional development interventions for all levels within a business inclusive of senior leaders. About the role

You will be based predominantly in Bristol and Birmingham but the role does require some national travel. This is an in-house role (working for the number one training provider in the UK,as voted by our learners) delivering to our life-changing people so building relationships and stakeholder credibility is a must. The role combines design, delivery and coordination of your development and training events, so you need to be engaging, proactive and organised.

You will be:

* Delivering, coordinating and evaluating Lifetime’s leadership development programme
* Designing, developing and delivering engaging and inspiring internal learning and development courses to meet training needs
* Managing Lifetime’s management onboarding programme
* Working in partnership with the HR Business Partners to answer questions or queries regarding management development opportunities and /or personal development plans
* Creating and maintaining a coaching culture
* Utilising coaching conversations to help managers understand their strengths and development areas to enable them to formulate action plans to enhance their knowledge, skills & attributes
* Supporting line managers to become more skilled coaches to develop their teams and likely successors

About you

We are looking for:

* Demonstrable expertise in the design, delivery and evaluation of learning interventions, specifically within management capability
* Demonstrates strong facilitation skills
* Proven expertise in effective training needs analysis
* Holds a training or teaching certificate and a coaching qualification
* Experience in an L&D role delivering and developing training resources
* A sound knowledge of L&D theory, future developments and best practice
