We are currently looking to recruit an induction officer to work for leading training provider in the Manchester area. The role of the Induction Co-Ordinator is to be responsible for contacting employers and learners to establish eligibility and book in for the field-based training coordinators to attend site and sign the learners up on to distance learning courses.
The Induction Co-Ordinator will establish and maintain positive relationships, book appointments and be the first initial contact with all internal and external partners as well as acting as an ambassador for the business.
Key Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the timely enrolment of learners on distance learning qualifications.
• Coordination of up to 8 inductors working nationally to manage diaries and induction appointments
• Confirming the availability of our learners with their employers and booking in timeslots with our field-based team
• Liaise with the Distance Learning Sales Manager to forecast number of daily enrolments.
• Supporting the Compliance Team to ensure they receive high quality enrolment documentation.
• Creating user accounts for learners on our online learning platforms.
• Manage and report data on the volume of signups being conducted on a daily and weekly basis.
Experience & Knowledge:
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong organisational skills and be driven to achieve results
• Excellent IT knowledge & skills
• Time Management skills with the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
• Ability to work with the minimum of supervision
