Contracts and Performance Manager - Cardiff Based - with Travel across Wales (Regional Role) - £30,000 - £35,000 (DOE & Qualifications) mobile, laptop, / 25 days holiday + bank, pension + other benefits.

The Role: Contracts and Performance Manager

• We are looking for a seasoned and experienced work based learning contracts and performance manager to join this private training provider based in Cardiff.
• Within the role your main responsibility will be to review, monitor and manage all Welsh Contracts performance to ensure contract achievement. This will include contract profiling and ensuring contract compliance throughout.
• Alongside this you will also be responsible for the direct line management of a team of assessors - this will include regular reviews and 1-1s, monitoring on achievement rates against set KPIs and targets and supporting to ensure a high quality of teaching and learning throughout.
• This role will essentially be based in Cardiff - however flexible working could be offered for the right candidate and you will also be required to travel across Wales from time to time.
• A DBS check prior to commencement of role is required.

Essential Requirements: Contracts and Performance Manager

• Experience in a similar role of managing work based learning contracts (Welsh contracts preferred) - at least 2 years
• Prior experience of line managing a team of assessors / training staff
• Experienced in using MIS/data management systems
• Ability to work well under pressure and stay motivated
• Driver and willing to travel when needed

Desirables: Contracts and Performance Manager

• Level 7 Management Qualification (Or similar)
• IQA and Assessor Qualification
