Customer Service Apprenticeship Trainer / Assessor - West Yorkshire / North East (up to Newcastle) (Regional Role) - £23k - £26k (DOE & Qualifications) / 23 days holiday + bank (increasing to 25 days after 1 year service) / Laptop, iPhone, mileage paid at 45p for travel, ongoing CPD, pension scheme..

The Role: Customer Service Apprenticeship Trainer / Assessor

• We are looking for an experience Apprenticeship Trainer/ Assessor to deliver and assess on new standards across Customer Service.
• This role will be working remotely and you will be travelling across the West Yorkshire and North East region in order to support your learners.
• You will be responsible for training in a classroom and 1-1 setting alongside completing work based assessment and mentoring candidates towards their end point assessment.
• A DBS check prior to commencement of role is required.

Essential Requirements: Customer Service Apprenticeship Trainer / Assessor

• Assessor Qualification (A1, TAQA, CAVA..)
• Experience in a similar role - ideally with new apprenticeship standards
• Customer Service focussed with occupational competency
• Driver with own car and willing to travel

Desirables: Customer Service Apprenticeship Trainer / Assessor

• Teaching Qualification (PTLLS, AET..)
• Experience in delivering other generic apprenticeship programmes (Team Leading, Business Admin..) would be a bonus.
