Funding / Compliance / MIS Manager (Part-time) - Kent (Regional Role) - £30,000 - £35,000 depending upon experience / Pension, laptop, mobile phone, continual professional development


The Role: Funding / Compliance / MIS Manager (Part time)

• Working as part of the senior management team, you will be using your knowledge of ESFA funding rules to ensure that the company adheres to compliance guidelines
• You will be managing and interpreting data in order to produce reports and subsequently analyse the data for Ofsted and various other stakeholders etc
• You will be designing and instigating various strategies and procedures to ensure effective compliance takes place
• The role is initially 2 - 3 days per week but with a view to increasing as the role develops and the company grows


Essential Requirements: Funding / Compliance / MIS Manager (Part-time)

• You will be currently or have been recently employed within the apprenticeship sector where you have been directly involved with the effective management of ESFA Funding 18/19
• You will be competent in all aspects of compliance in relation to apprenticeships and understand the funding rules and understand the implications of New Standards on funding
• You will be able to produce QAR data and be competent in extracting data
• You will be competent in the management of people to ensure high standards are achieved
