Business Development Manager - Staffordshire Shropshire and Warwickshire (Regional Role) - Up to £30,000 depending on track record / plus bonus structure / 32 days holiday raising to 40 depending on length of service, attendance allowance / 45p per mile / Private Medical Insurance, Permanent Health Insurance, Life Assurance, Dental Insurance, Child Care Vouchers, generous maternity and paternity allowance / Company Awards as recognition for excellence, twice yearly company party / Ongoing professional training, membership to relevant professional bodies / There will be the opportunity for you to undergo training to develop your skills further.

The Role: Business Development Manager

• You will be approaching both levy and non-levy payers in order to promote the extensive training opportunities which are offered by this company
• You will be undertaking a thorough Organisational Needs Analysis so that you can propose a very tailored training package for your potential client
• Participate in team meetings to ensure the whole marketing function is working cohesively
• You will be delivery managing your accounts to ensure total client satisfaction

Essential Requirements: Business Development Manager

• You will be a seasoned business to business sales professional who has the experience and gravitas to liaise at a senior level within a company. This means you will be totally comfortably presenting your proposals at senior level as well as adapting your approach for SMEs
• You will be driven to work consultatively so that the training your offer dovetails neatly into a company's development plans and helps them work towards their corporate objectives
• You will have a sound track record working within work-based learning and selling apprenticeship training programmes
• You will be experienced selling training to both levy and non-levy companies and be able to explain to prospects very clearly how the levy works and how they can maximise it
