In a nutshell

We have exciting opportunities for an organised and proactive Customer Service Administrator/Coordinator in Bristol to join our growing business to provide support to our coordinate all of our administrative activities across the organisation.

About the role

You will be:

* Be the named contact for customers, supporting and maintaining excellent customer service
* Handle all incoming customer queries, professionally and effectively, taking ownership to ensure satisfactory resolution
* Record and maintain accurate information on key business systems
* Deliver against agreed personal and functional KPIs
* Build positive relationships with both internal and external customers, providing excellent customer service within the scope and boundaries of IAO Company processes and procedures.
* To coordinate External Quality Advisor (EQA) Activity
* Support the creation of financial and management reports

About you

We are looking for:

* Previous experience of providing administrative support to a busy team
* Excellent customer service experience and/or skills
* Demonstrable experience of managing multiple tasks and priorities
* Excellent IT including MS Outlook, Word and Excel
