After successfully securing new delivery contracts, the CT Skills family is growing again! We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated Manager to join us to train apprentices in Team Leading and Management up to Level 5. This is an excellent opportunity to join a business where company values are at the heart of everything we do.

The role can be full time or part time and will include travel within the East Midlands. A driving licence and access to a car is therefore essential. Enhanced DBS clearance is also required.

The Role

Partnership is the key to success in this role. You will build relationships with employers and work closely with them to support their employees through apprenticeship programmes in management and professional skills. You will develop training content to meet their needs and provide regular updates on progress. Utilising your training and coaching skills, you will guide and support apprentices’ performance and knowledge throughout their training through one-to-one and group sessions either face to face or through our interactive learning modules. We encourage you to manage your caseload of learners and employers to meet the demands of the business and your personal commitments.

The Individual

We really value your industry knowledge and management experience, so although holding a relevant training and/or assessor qualification would be great, full training and support will be provided if you have a real passion for sharing your knowledge and developing others.

You will be an effective communicator and experienced at managing multiple relationships with both employers and apprentices alike. An excellent planner, you will be able to manage your time effectively as well as conflicting priorities. You will have the ability to coach, develop and mentor people.
