Standards Development Manager - London (Regional Role) - £45,000 PA (DOE) / Benefits Package

The Role: Standards Development Manager

• Within this role, you will be responsible for prioritising, reviewing, creating and the development of standards and frameworks within the Creative industry.
• The successful candidate will be the first point of call for the development of the standards, working collaboratively with industry bodies and employers ensuring they are fit for purpose and meet the industry ambition, whilst compliant with regulatory criteria.
• Through intelligence and research, you will manage and review projects by involving key employers in all stages of project planning, delivery and evaluation.
• Responsible for the writing of National Occupational Standards (NOS) and the facilitation of NOS development meetings.

Essential Requirements: Standards Development Manager

• Strong understanding of apprenticeship with experiences in qualification development
• Successful track record of building key stakeholder relationships
• Ability to analyse detail and create robust, clear and usable frameworks
• Experience of Quality Assurance and up to date knowledge on training and education policies
• Highly developed interpersonal skills, with the ability to work proactively with people at all levels

Desirables: Standards Development Manager

• Knowledge and experience of the creative industry and awareness of skills issues would be advantageous
