Location: Fareham, Hampshire

Salary: £130.00 per week

Hours of Work: 37 Hours per Week

Contract Type: 1 year fixed term

This apprenticeship role is working in our busy Careers Centre where you will be responsible for providing a front of house service, inputting accurate data and updating the National Apprenticeship Scheme live applications.

The successful candidate will have excellent customer services skills, a professional attitude and high levels of attention to detail. Confidence to liaise with a variety of customers face to face and over the phone is essential.

The key features of this role include:

* Provide general administrative support for all aspects of the Careers Centre and Student Support Services
* Manage the lines of enquiry via email, phone or face to face
* Cover reception on rotation with the college receptionists, some early evening cover (up to 6.30 pm) will be required

Desired qualifications

4 GCSE's (or equivalent) including Mathematics and English at Grade C or equivalent
