We currently have an exciting opportunity for a full time Curriculum Manager - English & Maths to oversee the development and management of our skills trainers. This would be an ideal opportunity for someone looking to develop and grow their skills within a one of the largest construction apprenticeship providers.

Main Job Responsibilities:
To liaise with the Curriculum and Learning Managers of vocational areas to ensure quality and continuity of effective teaching and learning of English and maths to include the integration of English and maths into vocational programmes and the training of vocational staff.
To report, on a scheduled basis, student progress on all levels of English and maths teaching.
To lead the teaching and learning for English & Maths including line management of all relevant teaching staff, ensuring all staff are suitably qualified and experienced and use best practice in terms of delivery mechanisms including the use of new learning technologies/ILT.
Managing staff to deliver outstanding teaching, learning and assessment to a wide range of adult learners
Supporting adult learners to develop aspirations and develop the skills required for everyday life, work and further study.
Curriculum design and development - anticipating and implementing change.
To embrace new learning technologies/ILT with the both the English and maths team ensuring a standardised approach across all curriculum areas.
