An exciting opportunity has become available working as an Apprenticeship Delivery Coach (Assessor) in Surrey delivering up to Level 4 Manufacturing and Engineering across both Mechanical and Electronic.

Your role will be working for our subsidiary Company Outsource, who are specialists in the market, to provide skills training and coaching to their staff through an apprenticeship pathway.

As an Apprenticeship Delivery Coach (ADC), you're the sole pair of hands that our customers rely on to help them through the qualification process.
You will be managing a caseload of 40 learners by coaching, teaching and assessing elements of the apprenticeship programme and preparing candidates for End Point Assessment (EPA). 
Essentially, our ADCs are responsible for assessing the professional competency of learners within the workplace whilst supporting them towards a nationally recognised qualification as well as in-work progression. 
You will need strong communication skills with the ability to adapt to the relevant audience, customer service focused and a self-motivator who is able to engage and influence others. 

Key Responsibilities:  
  • Manage a portfolio of learners to achieve the required outcomes in the workplace
  • To undertake training, assessments and reviews within sector specialism / occupational area(s) - Electronic system base - E portfolio
  • Provide mentoring and support to Learners, in order to achieve Seetec’s training outcome targets
  • Design and Implement course work material
  • Adhere to companies and procedures at all times 
Skills and Experience: 

  • Must hold A1 Assessor award, or equivalent and teaching qualification 
  • minimum PTLLS / AET  
  • Relevant qualification/ experience in an engineering discipline 
  • Up-to-date CPD (min 12 months) 
  • Must have sector competency and experience across a number of Frameworks and Standards Level 2 Functional Skills ICT, English and Maths 
  • Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal 
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships 
  • Self -motivated Target and result driven – working to SLA’S 
  • A positive and enthusiastic approach with a “can do” attitude 
  • Proven track record of good learner retention, achievement and progression 
Additional Information 
  • Closing date: 2 weeks from posting
  • Must hold UK driving licence, access to own car and willing to travel to multi-site locations in the Surrey.
