We are looking for an experienced Quality Manager, someone with a successful track record in managing quality improvement processes and quality assurance procedures with an exceptional working knowledge in at least one of the following sectors; Accounting, Business Administration and Early Years. Quality Manager: The essentials.

• Assessment/Assessing/Assessor Qualifications (A1,TAQA, CAVA)
• Teaching Qualification (PTLLS, CTLLS, DTLLS, PGCE, CertEd, 7407)
• Verifier Qualification (IQA, V1, CAVA, EQA)
• Knowledge of government funded employment and training programmes
• IAG Qualification
• Sound understanding of E-Portfolio assessment systems


Quality Manager: Your experience.

• Occupational history and competence within the industry
• Minimum 12 months assessing experience
• Experience in a similar role
• The ability to motivate and encourage people
• Excellent communication skills
• A proven track record of meeting/exceeding targets
• An interest in helping people develop
• Accurate report writing and record keeping skills
• Planning and delivering vocational training programmes and workshops
• Exceptional working knowledge in at least one of the following sectors (Accounting, Business Administration and Early Years)

Quality Manager: The role.

• We are on the lookout for an experienced Quality Manager with a proven track record of managing the quality improvement process and quality assurance procedures within Apprenticeship frameworks, standards, programmes and delivery covering Accounting, Business Administration and Early Years courses.
• The successful candidate will implement and provide high quality support, training and development to staff to ensure standards are being kept to the highest quality, and be able to identify areas which may be underperforming and take action appropriately.
• You will be co-ordinating and overseeing the whole of the quality improvement process so a good understanding of Awarding Body Guidelines, Funding Body Requirements, Ofsted Inspection Framework.
• Enable thorough tracking systems, in order to monitor the quality performance within the company, ensure that records are kept accurate with targets being met and the department is 'inspection ready' at all times.
• This role will be an office based role in Central London.
