Job Title:�Curriculum Development Manager – Clinical Healthcare

Location:�Home / Field Based - Must be flexible with NATIONAL travel

Salary:�£30,000 - £33,000

Duties:

- Create, manage�and co-ordinate the writing of Apprenticeship Standards�and ensure resources / technology�meet the needs of the learners, staff, Sector Skills Councils, QCF, Awarding Organisations and meet the internal brand standards.
- Ensure the Clinical Care sector has a comprehensive set of learning and assessment resources for its work based learning programmes and commercial courses.
- Responsible for the Quality Assurance of Clinical Care courses to ensure all aspects of delivery meet Awarding Organisations requirements, training / CPD development and standardisation.
- Ensure course content and delivery remain up to date, contemporary and innovative.
- Lead the standardisation and continuous improvement�of learning and assessment.
- Monitor and improve learner engagement / learner journey
- Work closely with the IT department to manage and create content for e-learning development
- Maintain own knowledge of the Clinical Care sectors, standards, funding, policies, compliance and quality teaching and learning.

Essential Criteria:

This role would�suit a Clinical Care / Nursing -�Tutor / Trainer / Assessor with a�flair for training development /�design, and�is�looking for a new and exciting career in developing training materials for the Care sector.

- Must hold solid occupational competency within Clinical Healthcare and hold�a Nursing / Clinical�Care qualification
- Proven experience of developing, adapting and innovating training programmes.
- Experience of designing and developing a�Curriculum / Training within Clinical Care.
- Teaching and Learning experience along with the creation of Schemes of Work /Lesson Plans.
- Experience of conducting Training Needs Analysis with employers.
- Ideally have excellent knowledge and understanding of Apprenticeship Standards.
- Confident, with experience of meeting businesses to discuss their company dynamics and business needs in detail.
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
- Proven experience of strategic planning and development.
- Full, clean driving licence and own vehicle.
- Based from home but candidates must be flexible with NATIONAL travel.
