S Knights Recruitment are proud to be exclusively managing the recruitment process for Catch22's new contract. As an Employability and Skills specialist recruitment agency, we look forward to speaking to passionate and driven employability professionals, who want to join a growing, national charity.

Catch22 are currently recruiting for a Regional Coordinator based in Manchester.

Company Description

Catch22 exists to help build a society where everyone has a good place to live, good people around them, and a fulfilling purpose. We call these our '3Ps'.

Catch22 supports people through education, employment, mental health and emotional support and social care services. We reach out to people in their communities and help them get the support they need. Last year we supported over 110,000 people across England and Wales to lead better lives.

We achieve this in two ways. First, we improve lives on the frontline through delivery of public services. Secondly, we use our knowledge to change 'the system', to fix the complex web that can trap and disempower those it was set up to help. With the heart of a charity and the mindset of a business, we are uniquely placed to deliver on this challenging agenda.

The Catch22 Employability division provides skills and employability provision on a range of programmes, both public and corporate funded. We pride ourselves on supporting the most disadvantaged in society to improve their prospects resulting in improved social mobility and sustainable positive change.

The Coordinators will be allocated specific Local Authorities and will be responsible for establishing referral pathways with relevant partners such as Violence Reduction Units and the Jobcentre Plus. These pathways will ensure that the programme engages with participants from disadvantaged and minority backgrounds and help tackle workforce inequalities within local areas. Coordinators will also navigate and coordinate the local landscape for support from small and local organisations available to young people on the programme. They will engage in local business networks to identify specific skills gaps and new employment-related opportunities and provide a gateway to national opportunities with the support of the National Account Manager.

We are looking for experienced Regional Coordinator/Partnership Managers that are proactive, compassionate and driven to support our goal of improving social mobility through sourcing opportunities for individuals who need extra support to access the world of work. Due to the nature of this role, knowledge and experience of the issues vulnerab
