Duties:

  • Our client is looking to appoint a curriculum specialist, who will design and develop curriculum for the Trade Supplier and Sales Apprenticeship qualifications.  
  • You who will Work closely with the designated Learning Manager and Operations Director to support with the implementation of new products and key accounts and maintain a high standard of Apprenticeship delivery. 
  • Liaise with employers to create engaging, bespoke programmes to meet their requirements.
  • Create, develop and support with the execution of effective and innovative learning resources.
  • Ensure cost effectiveness and learner and employer focused delivery programmes through regular reviews of delivery models, learning principles / approaches and competitor activity.
  • Contribute to SAR's and QIP's
  • Lead on the development of blended learning across classroom 1:1, online instruction and bite-sized learning.
  • Ensure that all systems and processes for new qualifications meet stakeholder requirements.
  • Work alongside the EPA and Awarding Body Lead, to ensure that End Point Assessments have been implemented in to the delivery models.
  • Ensure our client's Information, Security, Equality and Diversity and Health and Safety Policies are adhered to at all times.

Essential Criteria:

  • Must hold a recognised Assessor award: D32/33, A1, CAVA or TAQA.
  • Must hold a Level 3 Teaching qualification: PTLLS/AET or above.
  • Candidates must have experience of designing and developing blended learning solutions. 
  • Experience of working alongside a range of awarding organisations, across a variety of sectors, to ensure programmes are consistently delivered to a high quality. 
  • Must hold an understanding of End Point Assessment.
  • A strong, working knowledge of self-assessment and improvement planning processes.
  • Hold a minimum of Level 2 (or equivalent) in Maths, English and ICT.
