One of the most recognised and leading Training Providers and currently recruiting for a Traineeship Course Manager to deliver maximum operational performance of the Traineeship contract across the North West of England.
You will be part of the Operations management team reporting directly to the Head of Traineeships. You will undoubtedly be an experienced manager, understand financial performance impacts with a passion for delivering excellent customer satisfaction. Robust understanding of Traineeship Funding rules is essential.
Responsibilities:
• Management of all processes and policies aligned to the delivery and performance of the operations function.
• Lead and inspire teams to provide excellence through the delivery of outstanding teaching, learning and skills developments to improve our outcomes
• To take leadership for and implementation of quality assurance and learning systems and processes.
• To establish and operate as an effective delivery function demonstrating consistent behaviours and communications back to the business to ensure all delivery is planned and resourced effectively
• Plan staff timetables/caseloads to ensure all programmes have suitable qualified staffing, whilst maximising staff utilisation. Provide staffing cover for absence to ensure continuity for learners.
• To lead your teams to ensure that outstanding teaching, learning, training and assessment is provided in all sessions, and meets the needs of individuals based on group profiles, ensuring the requirements of the ESFA Traineeship Delivery Framework is met at all times.
• To ensure the curriculum delivery is varied, has breadth and enables all learners to reach their full potential.
• To ensure every learner enrolled meets the min GLH in line with funding rules
• Monitor and manage attendance and progress ensuring timely starts and achievements are processed
• Support CPD and working practice of curriculum delivery staff to ensure that English and maths, equality, diversity and inclusion, the Prevent Duty and personal development, welfare and behaviour is embedded into the learner journey

Skills & Experience:
Essential:
• Leadership in a management role within an educational setting
• Strong understanding of Traineeship Funding and Compliance rules.
• Experience of delivering outstanding results
• Experience of change management to effect continuous improvement
• Evidence of leading sustained improvements in success/ achievement rates and the quality of the learner experience
• Experience of managing and / or leading people to achieve high quality results
• Experience of using data systems to produce and analyse managerial reports to drive continuous improvements
• Evidence of delivering a high quality and effective learning experience
• Evidence of providing an effective learning experience to groups and individuals
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written) and demonstrable
• Effective management of physical, people and financial resources
Desirable:
• Knowledge of current relevant initiatives within the Education and Skills Sector
• Ability to effectively use IT to produce accurate reports, analyse data and appraise performance and drive forward improvement
