Hours: 18.5 hours per week

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our dedicated External projects Department team at City College Southampton.

You will be able to work as part of the team or individually and have good interpersonal skills.

Working with external companies, you will be providing quality IAG to learners, to ensure they are on the right course; you will also be building working relationships with employers and working with Industries experts to promote and create bespoke training and qualifications to suit their Industry needs.

Additionally in college, you will be responsible for supporting learners with next steps of their careers and providing advice where applicable.

You will work closely with the Project Workforce Manager and the administrator, to ensure all processes are followed to meet contractual requirements of each project.

The application closing date is Monday 25th September with interviews being held on Thursday 5th October. If applying, please ensure you can make yourself available on this date – thank you.

We are only able to contact you if you are shortlisted for interview, and we will do this via e-mail so please ensure we have your accurate contact details when registering, including a contact telephone number.

All shortlisted applicants are required to complete a self-declaration and disclosure form prior to interview. Satisfactory references, enhanced DBS check and medical clearance will be required for successful job candidates.
