Pertemps (Work Based Learning) have a number of opportunites for Early Years professionals to move into Apprenticeship Coach roles.

 As an Early Years Apprenticeship Skills Coach, you use your knowledge and experience, and play a pivotal role in shaping the careers of aspiring Early Years professionals.

Prospective candidates need:

• A relevant qualification in Early Years education at Level 3 or above.
• Vocational competence / experience within Early Years/Child Care at Team Leader level or above.
• A genuine passion for coaching and training
• Full UK Driving Licence and flexibility to travel within your region.
