The Role - Year 4 Teaching Assistant
The role of the Year 4 Teaching Assistant is a long-term full-time role working as a support assistant in a primary school. You will be supporting small groups of students and doing 1:1 support with students to assist them with their academic challenges. As a Year 4 Teaching Assistant you will need to have experience students with varying abilities. As a Year 4 Teaching Assistant you will be working towards goals for the students and helping them achieve daily targets and assisting with their development.
