What You'll Be Doing:
You'll be right at the heart of the classroom - supporting learning, building confidence and helping pupils navigate that important transition into Key Stage 2.
Working closely with the class teacher to keep lessons engaging and inclusive
Running small group interventions that make a real impact in reading, writing and maths
Providing 1:1 support where needed - academically and emotionally
Helping to create a calm, organised and inspiring classroom environment
Championing positive behaviour and celebrating progress (big and small!)
We'd Love to Hear From You If:
You've worked in a primary setting and understand the KS2 curriculum
You're confident supporting literacy and numeracy
You're patient, proactive and naturally nurturing
You build rapport easily and know how to motivate young learners
You hold a TA qualification (great, but not essential)
