Year 2 Teaching Assistant - Northampton, Northamptonshire - Immediate start - 90-100 per day depending on experience
Tradewind Recruitment is currently working with a welcoming and inclusive mainstream primary school in Northampton to recruit a dedicated Year 2 Teaching Assistant to start immediately. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about supporting children's learning and development in a friendly, community-focused school.

The Role - Year 2 Teaching Assistant
- Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and differentiated lessons.
- Provide one-to-one and small group support to help pupils achieve learning goals.
- Assist in creating a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
- Encourage independence, confidence, and positive behaviour.
- Work closely with teachers and other support staff to ensure all pupils make progress.
Requirements - Year 2 Teaching Assistant
- Previous UK classroom experience as a Teaching Assistant (essential).
- A caring, proactive, and patient approach to supporting young learners.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A genuine passion for helping children succeed in their education.
