Head Office 3-5 Stoney Street, Nottingham, NG1 1LG. But covering East Midlands

Main Duties

• To deliver teaching and learning via online and face to face and conduct on-site learner observations/assessments/reviews when required.
• To support the recruitment, selection, induction, and assessment of eligible Learners and to lea d on the creation and implementation of their individual learning plans.
• To train, review assess and record Learners achievement in line with the programme aims and support Learners through the End Point Assessment process
• To undertake all relevant administration in a timely and efficient manner and manage your own diary
• To provide Learners with appropriate information, advice and guidance and support in line with the Matrix standard.
• To build effective partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to enhance the Learners’ journey and progression outcomes.

Other duties

• The post holder will work in accordance with all Enable policies and procedures, Enable Brand guidelines, contractual requirements, and professional best practice.
• The post holder will perform any duties or tasks assigned by management required to meet service needs as appropriate to the role.

Essential Requirement

Desirable Requirement

Hold or be working towards a level 3 or above teaching qualification.

Experience in creating learning materials

Hold a recognised Assessor Award

Experience of mentoring

IQA Award or willing to work towards

Ability to support with welfare and wellbeing

History of delivering Apprenticeships with proven good success rates and timely achievements

Knowledge of City and Guilds qualifications and EQA procedures

Experience of supporting and progressing Leaners through EPA process

Excellent organisation skills and the ability to plan your time effectively

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Quality driven and be prepared to that extra mile for our Learners

Excellent IT skills – experience of using e-portfolio systems and confident to support Learners online, by telephone and face to face as required

Knowledge of the Education Inspection Framework

Full driving licence and use of own vehicle

Flexibility is required with working hours and travel, as and when required to meet the need of Learners and Employers
