S Knights Recruitment are currently recruiting for a leading employability provider that supports unemployed people with the skills and progressions needed to get back into employment! This is a fixed-term contracted role based in Middlesbrough as a Training Co-Ordinator, where you will be required to help with lesson planning schedules and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate for this role would have experience co-ordinating with a training provider and have knowledge within the employability sector!

Roles and Responsibilities:

As a Training Co-ordinator, you will be responsible to:

*Keep on top of clerical and administrative duties.
*Provide support to trainers/tutors and deliver updated scheduled changes.
*Book and schedule lesson plans for learners.
*Managing a client database.
*Deliver high levels of customer service.
*Work to the highest quality assuring all compliance is kept up to date.

Experience and Skills: 

As a Training Co-ordinator, you will need the following to be successful:

*Previous administration experience within the employability sector
*Highly skilled in using IT systems
*Strong attention to details
*Outstanding communication skills
*Passionate, confident, and innovative individual
*Fluent in both communicative and written English
