Intro:

S Knights are proud to be recruiting for one of the largest apprenticeship providers in the UK. The organisation has been around for over 25 years delivering a wide range of apprenticeship qualifications. They are looking for an experienced trainer/ assessor to join their team delivering a warehouse qualification. This is a full-time, permanent home-based role with travel-to-visit learners within a 30 -40 mile radius of your location. Our Client are looking for experienced and qualified trainers in warehousing within areas such as Milton Keynes and Nottingham. 

Roles and Responsibilities:

As a Trainer in Warehouse, you will be responsible to:

*Deliver engaging and high-quality sessions in accordance with the standards of the apprenticeship program
*Visit the learners in their workplace and support them throughout their apprenticeship using your vocational knowledge and experience
*Support and motivate the learners through their qualifications whilst following the standards of the apprenticeship program to have consistency in all delivery techniques assessment
*Monitor the learners’ progress and identify their learning issues and make sure to provide proper action to avoid early leavers from the program
*Ensure to achieve KPIs and keep your diary organized and updated

Experience and Skills: 

As a Trainer in Warehouse, you will need the following to be successful:

*Relevant Warehousing and Retail vocational experience
*A teaching qualification at Level 3 is desirable
*Experience working in high-demand settings and ability to work under tight deadlines
*GCSEs English and Maths at Level C or equivalent
*Excellent communication skills
