S Knights Recruitment are proud to be recruiting for a trainer in retail! Our client is an Ofsted grade 2 provider who have been established for over 25 years. They are looking for an enthusiastic and engaging trainer to support learners in their retail apprenticeship.  This is an amazing opportunity for an individual who is passionate about what they do and would like to share their professional skills with learners & progress in their career. This is a full-time, permanent home-based role with travel to visit learners within a 30 - 40 mile radius of your location. Our client are looking for experienced and qualified trainers in retail within the areas listed below. 

*Plymouth/ Cornwall
*Chichester/ Worthing

Roles and Responsibilities:

As a Trainer in Retail, you will be responsible to:

*Supporting and teaching the learners to achieve their goals
*Deliver excellent service to learners and clients to maintain high standards
*Collaborate with stakeholders and clients to gain great results
*Monitor learner’s progression to assure each element of the qualification is completed, enabling learners to meet the criteria for achievement
*Deliver training in accordance with qualifications of the apprenticeship program to make sure they are progressing
*Maintain operational delivery within the 8-week framework to ensure the company’s consistency
*Mentoring the learners closer to the gateway
*Maintaining a caseload and meeting with company targets and KPIs

Experience and Skills: 

As a Trainer in Retail, you will need the following to be successful:

*A level 3 Teaching qualification or equivalent
*Relevant Management level experience in Retail
*Experience delivering in a Work Based Learning environment
*Ability to work as part of a team and be motivated to achieve KPIs and targets
*Outstanding communication skills both written and verbal
*Self-motivated, Team player, and Passionate
