Intro: S Knights Recruitment are proud to be recruiting for a Trainer in Health and Social Care. Our client is looking for a qualified and experienced tutor to deliver Health and Social care qualifications up to level 3. This is a full-time, permanent position, that will require a combination of face-to-face and remote delivery in care home settings. This role will be based in the North West Region. They are a national provider specialising in Health and social care as well as early years and childcare.
As a Trainer in Health and Social Care, your responsibilities are:
*Developing the learner’s knowledge to a high standard of Health and Social care up to Level 3
*Managing your diary and setting up 1 to 1's with learners to assess their understanding and progress of their learning
*Provide continuous engaging and motivating feedback throughout the course to ensure that learners are understanding the information and extending their knowledge and skill base
*The Ability to teach and communicate your points through e-learning while being able to ensure the students are engaged and receiving a high quality of learning
As a Trainer in Health and Social care you will require the following experience:
*A relevant teaching qualification such as CertEd, PTLLS, DTLLS, CTLLS, AET, or equivalent
*An assessor's Qualification such as a CAVA, TAQA, D32/D33, A1, or equivalent
*IT literate, the ability to confidently use Microsoft packages, CRM systems, and online live platforms
*Experience in delivering Health and Social care in a workplace
*Occupational competence working in the Health and Social Care sector
