We are proud to be recruiting a trainer in Health and Social Care! Our client is looking for someone with experience working within the care sector and delivering health and social care apprenticeship qualifications. They are looking for a motivated engaging trainer/assessor that would like to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent remote role with requirements to visit learners in their workplace. The organisation has been established for over 25 years with real drive and passion to ensure the learner journey is of the highest quality. We are looking for candidates in locations such as London and Lincolnshire.
Roles and Responsibilities:
As a Trainer in Health and Social Care, you will be responsible to:
*Visit the learners in their workplace and support them throughout their apprenticeship using your vocational knowledge and experience
*Deliver engaging and high-quality sessions in accordance with regulatory requirements while working alongside stakeholders and colleagues
*Monitor the learners’ progress and identify their learning issues and make sure to provide proper action to avoid early leavers from the programme
*Ensuring the diary is kept organized and updated to help achieve KPIs
*Ensure to complete the personal and company administration in a timely manner
Experience and Skills:
As a Trainer in Health and Social Care, you will need the following to be successful:
*Health and Social Care Level 3 Qualification or above
*Relevant and recent Health and social care vocational experience in a senior care role
*Extensive knowledge working within the Adult Health and Social Care, Dementia and Learning Disabilities setting
*GCSEs English and Maths at Level C or equivalent
*Good communication skills
