S Knights Recruitment are excited to be recruiting for a work-based learning trainer to deliver customer service, business admin, and team leading. This is for an award-winning company that are specialists in all things digital, Management and apprenticeships. The ideal candidate for this role would be experienced and able to deliver customer service, business admin, and team leading up to a level 3 and also be ambitious, passionate, and driven to support learners to be able to achieve their apprenticeship qualification. This is a hybrid, full-time permanent role based in the East Midlands.
Role and Responsibilities:
As a Generics Apprenticeship Trainer / Assessor, you will be responsible for the following:
*Supporting cohort to enable them to pass and achieve their assessors' qualifications
*Deliver core training on customer service, business administration, and team leading
*Complete all relevant documentation and compliance
*Set up 1-to-1s with learners that need additional support or may be struggling with the programme
*Manage your caseload of learners to ensure assignments are being completed to the standards of the organisation and in line with awarding body
Experience and Skills:
The ideal Generics Apprenticeship Trainer / Assessor will require the following experience:
*Have an assessor qualification such as A1, CAVA, TAQA OR D32/D33
*Qualified trainer, holding the PTTLS, CTTLS, DTTLS, or equivalent qualifications
*Experience delivering accredited Business admin, customer service, and team-leading courses
*Experience delivering management is desirable
*Vocational experience working in admin, customer service, or team leading roles
*Experience delivering in further education and understanding the standards
