Job Description

Position

Location: Remote based - with occasional learner observations

Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 or £32,000 (Level 4/5) plus performance related bonuses


Our people are at the heart of everything we do and we due to further growth we are proud to be able to expand our team of HSC professionals and are looking to recruit energised, engaging and experienced Personal Tutors to execute an outstanding experience for learners undertaking their Health and Social Care Level 2 and 3 or 4 and 5 qualifications.


As a PT you will support a caseload of learners with progressive visits, observations and providing outstanding teaching and learning to further enhance the knowledge and teaching our learners receive from our recently introduced Elevate programme.


You will use our sophisticated LMS system BUD to monitor your learners progress and work in collaboration with our Learning Support for any learners who require Functional Skills or Additional Learning Support, ensuring that every learner is at the heart of what we do.

. Managing a minimum funded diverse caseload of learners across HSC level 2-3 or 4-5

. Providing valuable and insightful feedback to every learner to stretch and challenge them and enable further professional development

. Building and nurturing strong relationships with our employer partners

. Championing and encouraging the use of Elevate Workshops

. Driving progression through impactful visits

. Providing detailed feedback to learners and employers following review meetings or observations

.Adhere to GDPR regulations and all internal information and data security policies and procedures


If you have experience of supporting learners by delivering innovative, impactful and engaging remote sessions, with a strong background and knowledge in the Health and Social Care Sector at a senior or managerial level, with the ability to stretch and challenge your learners to continually develop, apply now!

Requirements

What our ideal applicant has:

.Minimum of Level 3 Assessor (CAVA, TAQA, D32, A1, V1)

.Teaching qualification (AET, PTTLS)

.Level 3 or 5 qualifications within the Health & Social Care sector

.Occupational competency

.Experience of delivering outstanding teaching and learning

.Experience of managing a diverse caseload

.Knowledge and experience of EPA

.Ability to adapt and differentiate sessions depending on different learning styles and accessibility levels

.Ability to manage own time and resources effectively

.Able to travel and commit to in person learner observations
