Job Description

We are looking for both qualified and unqualified tutors with strong occupational experience to deliver high-quality teaching in the telecommunications area. This is a fantastic opportunity to teach the BTEC Level 2/3 Diploma in Professional Competence for IT and Telecoms Professionals. Starting ASAP!

    • Plan and manage your own workload, utilizing teaching resources and facilities effectively.
    • Contribute to the design and delivery of modules, and suggest improvements in content or structure in collaboration with academic staff.
    • Create and present engaging teaching materials using effective methods.
    • Foster debate, challenge thinking, and support student development.
    • Guide and support students through their projects and assignments.
    • Mark exams and assignments, give constructive feedback, and help set assignments.
    • Be aware of Health and Safety, disability, equality, and welfare issues, reporting any concerns.
    • Coordinate with academic staff to ensure student needs and expectations are met.
 Qualifications and Experience
    • Hold a Level 3 qualification in Telecommunications.
    • Hold a Teaching or Assessors qualification OR have significant professional experience in telecommunications.
    • Understand and adhere to key academic policies, procedures, and quality assurance measures.
