Job Title: Technical Trainer – ICT/Network Engineer
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000
Location: Remote with 6 days per year in London office
Holiday: 25 days + bank holidays

Key Responsibilities of the Technical Trainer- ICT/Network Engineer:
• Deliver training for the Information Communication Technician and Network Engineering Apprenticeship pathways, using both online and hybrid models.
• Create and maintain an engaging learning environment tailored to various learner needs, including neurodivergent individuals.
• Use digital tools and platforms such as Pluralsight, MS Teams, and Citrix to facilitate remote learning and practical assessments.
• Develop lesson plans and schemes of work aligned with Apprenticeship Standards, ensuring compliance with industry best practices and current trends.
• Collaborate with teams to track learner progress, provide feedback, and ensure learner satisfaction and retention.
• Maintain up-to-date training materials and introduce new methods to improve learner engagement and outcomes.
• Adhere to Ofsted, safeguarding, and equality policies, ensuring the highest quality standards are met.

Candidate Requirements of the Technical Trainer- ICT/Network Engineer:
• Teaching qualification (PGCE/Certificate in Education or equivalent).
• Proven experience in delivering ICT or Network Engineering training with positive learner outcomes.
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to a variety of learning styles, especially in an online environment.
• Experience with digital learning platforms and Microsoft Office Applications.
• Strong communication, feedback, and administrative skills.
