We are proud to be recruiting for a Team Administrator in a full-time, permanent position, this is a hybrid position with some expectations to work on weekends. Our client have been established for over 20 years supporting people into employment, further education, and health and wellbeing on various contracts they have won over the years. They are looking for an experienced administrator to join their team to ensure the business is running smoothly, and to support managers in the business with diary management, booking appointments, and other administrative tasks.

The Team Administrator is responsible for the following:

*Support the Relationship Managers with diary management, booking appointment,s and creating reports
*Provide local teams with support on government-funded contracts
*Maintain online booking systems such as training courses, individual booing diaries, etc
*Support internal audit activity with checks for quality and compliance 
*Work closely with a team of advisors and employer engagement officers to support targets 
*Ensure accurate information is inputted on CRM systems

The Team Administrator will require the following experience and skills:
*Occupational experience in Business Administration or customer service
*IT literate in Microsoft packages and CRM systems
*Experience booking appointments, diary management, and meeting set deadlines
*Good communication and teamwork skills
*Exceptional organisation skills
