Job Overview:
This secondary school caters for pupils aged 11-16.
Full-time, Monday - Friday, SEN Teaching Assistant role.
Support students with a range of additional needs in Colchester.
Work closely with teachers to adapt learning materials and activities.
Provide 1:1 and small group support to help students access the curriculum.
Support pupils in developing social, emotional, and communication skills.
