We are currently seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support a Year 4 student on a one-to-one basis, helping him to access learning and thrive within the classroom environment.

What Could Your Day Look Like?

• Providing dedicated 1:1 support for a Year 4 pupil
• Supporting learning across the Year 4 curriculum
• Assisting the class teacher with delivering engaging lessons aligned with the National Curriculum
• Providing additional small group support where required
• Helping to create a positive, inclusive classroom environment
• Supporting positive behaviour and emotional regulation
• Working as part of a friendly and collaborative staff team

Could This Be You?

• Do you have experience working with children in a school or similar setting?
• Do you have experience providing 1:1 support?
• Do you have a relevant TA qualification (or are working towards one)?
• Can you build strong relationships with pupils quickly?
• Are you confident supporting positive behaviour management?
• Do you bring patience, enthusiasm, flexibility and professionalism to your role?
