Key Responsibilities:
- Provide tailored support to students with a range of special educational needs.
- Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons.
- Support pupils with their emotional, social, and educational development.
- Help maintain a safe and positive learning environment.
Requirements:
- Enhanced DBS for both Children and Adults on the Update Service (essential, or willingness to obtain one).
- Experience working with SEN children is desirable.
- A patient, empathetic, and resilient approach to supporting learning.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
